How we handle your enquiry information.
This notice explains what the Free Marketing Review form collects, how the information is used and the current limits of our privacy contact arrangements.

We collect the contact and business details you enter, including your trade, business stage, team size and service area. The form also asks about your current marketing, the work you want, your budget range, the services that interest you and any additional information you choose to share.
Why it is used
The information is used to review the request, understand whether the service appears relevant, communicate about that request and protect the form from misuse. It is not collected for unrelated advertising profiles, and submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
How it is handled
Submitted enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1, together with information used to manage the request. When an email notification is sent, a copy is processed through Resend and the business’s private Gmail enquiry inbox for follow-up. The stored enquiry remains the main record if an email notification fails. Submitted personal information should not appear on public pages or in unnecessary logs.
Retention
Ordinary inactive or unsuccessful enquiries become eligible for deletion once their last meaningful interaction is more than 365 days old. Deletion uses an owner-invoked, preview-first cleanup; no automatic cleanup schedule is active, so removal depends on an authorised operator completing the documented process. This is the selected operational business policy, not a claim that UK law universally requires 365 days, and it requires suitable owner and legal review. Active clients and accounting, contractual or legal records may follow different retention criteria. Deleting the D1 source record does not itself delete secondary notification copies held in Resend or Gmail, or provider recovery history; those require a separate authorised operator process and remain subject to provider controls.
Your rights and the current request limitation
Depending on the circumstances, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and portability where applicable. The intended privacy contact is hello@propertrademarketing.com. The mailbox, monitoring, owner access and responsible handler have not been verified, so this is not yet a confirmed route for making a privacy request. The owner needs to confirm these arrangements before the address can be relied on. We cannot currently confirm that rights requests sent there are being processed.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics or set non-essential cookies. Basic hosting and security systems may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, without creating a marketing profile here.
