This notice explains the intended handling of information shared through the Free Marketing Review form. It does not claim independent legal approval.

The Free Marketing Review form collects the details you enter about you and the business: contact details, business type and size, service area, current marketing position, the work wanted, a broad marketing budget range, services of interest and any additional information you choose to provide.
Why it is used
The information is used to review the request, understand whether the service appears relevant, communicate about that request and protect the form from misuse. It is not collected for unrelated advertising profiles.
How it is handled
Enquiry data is stored in the website’s database and is intended to be available only for handling the request and maintaining the safe operation of the service. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent through Resend to the business’s Gmail inbox so the request can be handled. Resend and Google then process that copy to provide email delivery and the mailbox. Notification delivery is not currently active because its server credential has not yet been configured and tested. Submitted personal information should not be placed in public pages or unnecessary logs.
Retention
A specific retention period has not yet been supplied. This notice will be updated when that period is approved; until then, enquiry data is kept only while it is needed to review and follow up the request, then deleted when it is no longer needed.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what enquiry information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing hello@propertrademarketing.com. Enough information may be needed to identify the relevant request safely.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics or set non-essential cookies. Basic hosting and security systems may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, without creating a marketing profile here.
